Use gvfs links in dependencies.sh

Summary:
Update `build_tools/update_dependencies.sh` to use /mnt/gvfs path in dependencies.sh
This should prevent us from having errors because of changing the path of a compiler or a library

Test Plan:
make all -j64
USE_CLANG make all -j64
ROCKSDB_FBCODE_BUILD_WITH_481=1 make all -j64
