Fix crash test allocation error under TSAN

Summary: We were seeing the following error: "ThreadSanitizer: DenseSlabAllocator overflow. Dying." It is fixable by mmap'ing a smaller region for keys' expected values, which this PR achieves by reducing the number of keys.
