Summary:
This patch adds support in `BlockBuilder` to strip user-defined timestamp from the `key` added via `Add(key, value)` and its equivalent APIs. The stripping logic is different when the key is either a user key or an internal key, so the `BlockBuilder` is created with a flag to indicate that. This patch also add support on the read path to APIs `NewIndexIterator`, `NewDataIterator` to support pad a min timestamp.

UserDefinedTimestampTestMode::kNone -> UDT feature is not enabled
UserDefinedTimestampTestMode::kNormal -> UDT feature enabled, write / read with min timestamp
UserDefinedTimestampTestMode::kStripUserDefinedTimestamps -> UDT feature enabled, write / read with min timestamp, set `persist_user_defined_timestamps` where it applies to false.
The tests read/write with min timestamp so that point read and range scan can correctly read values in all three test modes.
`block_test` are parameterized to run with above three test modes and some additional parameteriazation

Summary:
... by bypassing tracking of last_key in BlockBuilder when
last_key is already known (for BlockBasedTableBuilder::data_block).
I tried extracting a base class of BlockBuilder without the last_key
tracking at all, but that became complicated by NewFlushBlockPolicy() in
the public API referencing BlockBuilder, which would need to be the base
class, and I don't want to replace nearly all the internal references to
BlockBuilder.
Possible follow-up:
* Investigate / consider using AddWithLastKey in more places

the next block once a block is finished, using `block_size` as
reservation size. Note: also tried reusing same std::string in the

This PR adds support for pipelined & parallel compression optimization for `BlockBasedTableBuilder`. This optimization makes block building, block compression and block appending a pipeline, and uses multiple threads to accelerate block compression. Users can set `CompressionOptions::parallel_threads` greater than 1 to enable compression parallelism.

Summary:
`BlockBasedTableBuilder::Add()` eventually calls
`DataBlockHashIndexBuilder::EstimateSize()`. The previous implementation
divides the `num_keys` by the `util_ratio_` to get an estimizted `num_buckets`.
Such division is expensive as it happens in every
`BlockBasedTableBuilder::Add()`.
This diff estimates the `num_buckets` by double addition instead of double
division. Specifically, in each `Add()`, we add `bucket_per_key_`
(inverse of `util_ratio_`) to the current `estimiated_num_buckets_`. The cost is
that we are gonna have the `estimated_num_buckets_` stored as one extra field
in the DataBlockHashIndexBuilder.

Summary:
Add hash index support to data blocks, which helps to reduce the CPU utilization of point-lookup operations. This feature is backward compatible with the data block created without the hash index. It is disabled by default unless `BlockBasedTableOptions::data_block_index_type` is set to `data_block_index_type = kDataBlockBinaryAndHash.`
The DB size would be bigger with the hash index option as a hash table is added at the end of each data block. If the hash utilization ratio is 1:1, the space overhead is one byte per key. The hash table utilization ratio is adjustable using `BlockBasedTableOptions::data_block_hash_table_util_ratio`. A lower utilization ratio will improve more on the point-lookup efficiency, but take more space too.

Summary:
Given that index value is a BlockHandle, which is basically an <offset, size> pair we can apply delta encoding on the values. The first value at each index restart interval encoded the full BlockHandle but the rest encode only the size. Refer to IndexBlockIter::DecodeCurrentValue for the detail of the encoding. This reduces the index size which helps using the block cache more efficiently. The feature is enabled with using format_version 4.
The feature comes with a bit of cpu overhead which should be paid back by the higher cache hits due to smaller index block size.
Results with sysbench read-only using 4k blocks and using 16 index restart interval:

Summary:
I was investigating performance issues in the SstFileWriter and found all of the following:
- The SstFileWriter::Add() function created a local InternalKey every time it was called generating a allocation and free each time. Changed to have an InternalKey member variable that can be reset with the new InternalKey::Set() function.
- In SstFileWriter::Add() the smallest_key and largest_key values were assigned the result of a ToString() call, but it is simpler to just assign them directly from the user's key.
- The Slice class had no move constructor so each time one was returned from a function a new one had to be allocated, the old data copied to the new, and the old one was freed. I added the move constructor which also required a copy constructor and assignment operator.
- The BlockBuilder::CurrentSizeEstimate() function calculates the current estimate size, but was being called 2 or 3 times for each key added. I changed the class to maintain a running estimate (equal to the original calculation) so that the function can return an already calculated value.
- The code in BlockBuilder::Add() that calculated the shared bytes between the last key and the new key duplicated what Slice::difference_offset does, so I replaced it with the standard function.
- BlockBuilder::Add() had code to copy just the changed portion into the last key value (and asserted that it now matched the new key). It is more efficient just to copy the whole new key over.
- Moved this same code up into the 'if (use_delta_encoding_)' since the last key value is only needed when delta encoding is on.
- FlushBlockBySizePolicy::BlockAlmostFull calculated a standard deviation value each time it was called, but this information would only change if block_size of block_size_deviation changed, so I created a member variable to hold the value to avoid the calculation each time.
- Each PutVarint??() function has a buffer and calls std::string::append(). Two or three calls in a row could share a buffer and a single call to std::string::append().
Some of these will be helpful outside of the SstFileWriter. I'm not 100% the addition of the move constructor is appropriate as I wonder why this wasn't done before - maybe because of compiler compatibility? I tried it on gcc 4.8 and 4.9.
Test Plan: The changes should not affect the results so the existing tests should all still work and no new tests were added. The value of the changes was seen by manually testing the SstFileWriter class through MyRocks and adding timing code to identify problem areas.

ReadOptions::pin_data : If true keep loaded blocks in memory as long as the iterator is not deleted
Iterator::IsKeyPinned() : If true, this mean that the Slice returned by key() is valid as long as the iterator is not deleted
Also add a new option BlockBasedTableOptions::use_delta_encoding to allow users to disable delta_encoding if needed.

We need to turn on -Wshorten-64-to-32 for mobile. See D1671432 (internal phabricator) for details.
This diff turns on the warning flag and fixes all the errors. There were also some interesting errors that I might call bugs, especially in plain table. Going forward, I think it makes sense to have this flag turned on and be very very careful when converting 64-bit to 32-bit variables.

Summary:
By original design, the regular `block options` and index `block options` in table_builder is mutable. We can use ChangeOptions to change the options directly.
However, with my last change, `BlockBuilder` no longer hold the reference to the index_block_options -- as a result, any changes made after the creation of index block builder will be of no effect.
But still the code is very error-prone and developers can easily fall into the trap without aware of it. To avoid this problem from happening in the future, I deleted the `ChangeOptions` and the `index_block_options`, as well as many other changes to make it less misleading.

In talbe.cc, when reading the metablock, it uses BytewiseComparator();
However in table_builder.cc, we use r->options.comparator. After tracing
the creation of r->options.comparator, I found this comparator is an
InternalKeyComparator, which wraps the user defined comparator(details
can be found in DBImpl::SanitizeOptions().
I encountered this problem when adding metadata about "bloom filter"
before. With different comparator, we may fail to do the binary sort.
Current code works well since there is only one entry in meta block.

- Fixed bug in picking inputs for a level-0 compaction.
When finding overlapping files, the covered range may expand
as files are added to the input set. We now correctly expand
the range when this happens instead of continuing to use the
old range. For example, suppose L0 contains files with the
following ranges:
F1: a .. d
F2: c .. g
F3: f .. j
and the initial compaction target is F3. We used to search
for range f..j which yielded {F2,F3}. However we now expand
the range as soon as another file is added. In this case,
when F2 is added, we expand the range to c..j and restart the
search. That picks up file F1 as well.
This change fixes a bug related to deleted keys showing up
incorrectly after a compaction as described in Issue 44.
