Summary:
There was an overflow bug when computing the variance in the HistogramStat class.
This manifests, for instance, when running cache_bench with default arguments. This executes 32M lookups/inserts/deletes in a block cache, and then computes (among other things) the variance of the latencies. The variance is computed as ``variance = (cur_sum_squares * cur_num - cur_sum * cur_sum) / (cur_num * cur_num)``, where ``cum_sum_squares`` is the sum of the squares of the samples, ``cur_num`` is the number of samples, and ``cur_sum`` is the sum of the samples. Because the median latency in a typical run is around 3800 nanoseconds, both the ``cur_sum_squares * cur_num`` and ``cur_sum * cur_sum`` terms overflow as uint64_t.

Made SystemClock into a Customizable class, complete with CreateFromString.
Cleaned up some of the existing SystemClock implementations that were redundant (NoSleep was the same as the internal one for MockEnv).
Changed MockEnv construction to allow Clock to be passed to the Memory/MockFileSystem.

Summary:
Introduces and uses a SystemClock class to RocksDB. This class contains the time-related functions of an Env and these functions can be redirected from the Env to the SystemClock.
Many of the places that used an Env (Timer, PerfStepTimer, RepeatableThread, RateLimiter, WriteController) for time-related functions have been changed to use SystemClock instead. There are likely more places that can be changed, but this is a start to show what can/should be done. Over time it would be nice to migrate most (if not all) of the uses of the time functions from the Env to the SystemClock.
There are several Env classes that implement these functions. Most of these have not been converted yet to SystemClock implementations; that will come in a subsequent PR. It would be good to unify many of the Mock Timer implementations, so that they behave similarly and be tested similarly (some override Sleep, some use a MockSleep, etc).
Additionally, this change will allow new methods to be introduced to the SystemClock (like https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/issues/7101 WaitFor) in a consistent manner across a smaller number of classes.

I spent too much time thinking about histograms lately and realized boundary values fall into the lower bucket, not the upper bucket. It's because we're using `std::map::lower_bound` here: 867fe92e5e/monitoring/histogram.cc (L53). Fixed histogram's `ToString()` to reflect this.

The goal is to reduce the number of histogram buckets, particularly now that we print these histograms for each column family. I chose 1.5 as the factor. We can adjust it later to either make buckets more granular or make fewer buckets.

Summary:
Our existing test notation is very similar to what is used in gtest. It makes it easy to adopt what is different.
In this diff I modify existing [[ https://code.google.com/p/googletest/wiki/Primer#Test_Fixtures:_Using_the_Same_Data_Configuration_for_Multiple_Te | test fixture ]] classes to inherit from `testing::Test`. Also for unit tests that use fixture class, `TEST` is replaced with `TEST_F` as required in gtest.
There are several custom `main` functions in our existing tests. To make this transition easier, I modify all `main` functions to fallow gtest notation. But eventually we can remove them and use implementation of `main` that gtest provides.

Third iteration contains manual changes to fix last errors and make it compilable.

Build and notice no errors.
