Dmitri Smirnov	18285c1e2f	Windows Port from Microsoft ... Summary: Make RocksDb build and run on Windows to be functionally complete and performant. All existing test cases run with no regressions. Performance numbers are in the pull-request. Test plan: make all of the existing unit tests pass, obtain perf numbers. sdong	83ab62e2bb	Fix data corruption by LogBuffer ... Summary: LogBuffer::AddLogToBuffer() uses vsnprintf() in the wrong way, which might cause buffer overflow when log line is too line. Fix it.
