fix typo in detecting HAVE_AUXV_GETAUXVAL (#10913)

Summary:
crc32 uses CPU heavily,  arm64 and ppc will benefited by crc32 accelerate.

Only build via `cmake` affected

- Arm64 Tested ok, crc32 acceralated, write 30GB data throughput promoted 30%.
- ppc not tested.
- x86_64 seems not affected.
